I’ve just gotten word that the parade has been canceled. The ground is too soft where the parade lines up and they can’t get the floats in. Please share to get the word out!

Silent Auction ~ The Irish-Italian Festival of St Thomas Catholic Church is looking for items to be donated for the Silent Auction this year on March 17th. Also, if anyone has a special talent, such as painting, wood working, furniture making, stained glass crafting, jewelry making, or other craft items that you would be willing to donate, please contact me at 601-297-5831. Calling All Artists! ~ Are you a local artist and would like to show off and possibly sell your work? Well then the 2018 Don & Fran Hegwood Art Exhibit is the place to be! The exhibit will be taking place during the St. Thomas Irish Italian Festival and is open to artists of all ages. Needed! Irish Italian Festival Children’s Games Organizer Team We are looking for an individual or team of individuals who can help organize and run the children’s games at the Irish Italian Festival for this year. We have an assortment of the games already. Please call Kim Busche at 601-299-2815.
Raffle Tickets ~ Please try to turn in your Ireland Trip tickets as soon as possible. We will however continue to sell them until Festival time.
T-shirts are available and will be sold on Mar. 3th – 4th& Mar. 10th – 11th following Mass, or in the church office during the week. Cost is $12 for one or $50 for five shirts.
The Press Conference to announce the Festival Royalty will be Friday, March 9th, at 9:30 AM in the Parish Center.
Meatball Monday Come help us make meatballs, and sort beads at 8:30 AM on March 12th in the Parish Center.
St. Joseph’s Altar bake sale volunteers are needed. Cookies, candy, cupcakes, brownies, etc. Homemade or store bought.
