COVID-19 UPDATES

IRISH / ITALIAN FESTIVAL RAFFLE

The drawing for the Irish/Italian festival has been delayed one week in order to give Father Adam time to collect all the tickets that have been sold.  Due to the schools being closed, time is needed to gather them up and turn them in.  Tickets may still be purchased at the Parish Office. The drawing will now be held on Saturday, March 28 at approximately  6:30 PM.  Thank you for your patience.

REMINDER: THE IRISH ITALIAN FESTIVAL IS POSTPONED. DATE TO BE DETERMINED.

NO PUBLIC MASSES

All masses will be online at the usual times with the exception of no Saturday Mass and only a 10:15 Mass on Sunday..  These masses are to be private, only the priest and the deacon (again if available) so as not to offend anyone not able to go to mass.

ADORATION

Monday adoration will be held in church from 2;00 Pm to 5:00 PM -  stop for  private mass – then will continue until 9:00 also in the church

Thursday adoration will begin after the 8:15 private mass – with only the celebrant and a deacon if available – and then adoration will also be in the church all day until 9:00 PM at which time Deacon Sean will move the monstrance into the Adoration chapel,, a secure area for our Adorers.

CONFESSION

Confessions will be offered on Wednesday evening from 5:30 to 5:50, before a private mass and Saturday evening at 4:45.  If you go to confession you will be asked to wipe the kneeler where you place your hands before you leave for the safety of others.  You are also asked to kneel in front of the curtain rather than face to face with the priest.

DIRECTORIES ARE HERE!

The directories are in.  If you had your photo taken for the directory, your copy is in alphabetical order by last name,  in boxes.  On Thursdays the boxes will be on the table by the adoration room, and other days will be in the office across from Cathy’s office..

SPIRITUAL COMMUNION PRAYER:

My Jesus I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive you sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You.  Never permit me to be separated from you.  Amen – St. Alphonsus Liguori
